Role Description
Txture is expanding, and we are looking for a motivated Customer Success Consultant to join our team. As a Customer Success Consultant, you will utilize the Txture product suite and your cloud expertise to manage our client projects and create tailored solutions for our clients to ensure that they get value from Txture. You will lead technical sessions to onboard new clients and partners, ensuring they have a deep understanding of Txture software. Supporting the sales team is also a key part of your responsibilities, as you will provide essential technical details in the sales cycle to attract new clients. Collaboration is central to this position - you will work closely with the product team, sharing insights from client interactions to further develop our software.
